Fitness Training Overview
Fitness training is a training session to improve your ABCs (Agility, Balance, & Coordination), strength, and endurance to achieve your goal(s). We will incorporate a soccer ball into most aspects of the training session to keep it realistic to a game, with the main focus being high level interval training. Every fitness session will be focused on the skills you need to improve, with specific exercises and constant feedback to maximize your development.

Soccer Agility Training
Soccer Agility Training gives players an edge over the competition by improving the movements necessary to compete and win on the pitch. All exercises will mirror movements that are realistic to in-game situations.

Focus:
Improving Balance
Body Control
Ball Control
Foot Speed
Lateral Movements
Coordination
Endurance

Soccer Strength Training
Soccer Strength Training will focus on strengthening the whole body that will transfer to greater success on the pitch.

Focus:
Lower Body – Hamstrings, Quadriceps, Glutes, Calves
Core – Abdomen, Lower Back
Upper Body – Shoulders, Chest, Upper Back
Stretching – Dynamic and Static

Session:
Length: 60 – 90 minutes
Location: Convenient for client (will be scheduled immediately after registration)
